Most African leaders are so selfish that they completely neglect their roles as protectors and only think of themselves.
The irresponsibility of most African leaders is engineered by the zeal to embrace totally the European culture and throw away our African culture which they see as bondage. This European culture made Africans to see everything Africa as inferior, so this brought about the divide and rule factor which has thrown the African continent into confusion. The European culture taught Africans how to cultivate the habit of insatiable quest for wealth.
