what does the uprising mean for katniss and peeta?

It just means that their relationship is still messy. Katniss is still torn between Peeta and Gail. If there is an uprising, she would probably have to really chose between them. She is supposed to act like she is with Peeta but, in an uprising, she would shed all the demands of the Capitol.
