What is Pink Eye's Real Name?

Pink Eye, Marcus' friend, is seen throughout the novel. His name comes from the eye disease that he has to cover with his sunglasses (since that makes him blind). He is seen harming Bill with the water guns, and he is also seen putting the drawings in the creature factory, however, when things get really out of hand, Pink Eye stands up to his (former) friend and gives one of the monsters the same eye disease. However, Pink Eye's real name is never mentioned in the book. So what is his real name?
