In comparing El Dorado to Europe, what is Candide's conclusion

Candide concludes that outside of El Dorado there are no gentlemen.... the men in Europe are nothing but animals.

“Ah, the monsters!” cried Candide. “What horrors among a people who dance and sing! Is there no way of getting quickly out of this country where monkeys provoke tigers?
