Should the Epsilon semi-morons still have the same freedom and rights as the Alpha?

In an egalitarian society, all people should be afforded the same respect and rights. BNW's society isn't egalitarian. It is designed to be hierarchical. It works by rewarding the top and punishing the bottom. BNW is rather a dystopia so I think their genetic modelling is made to have these differences in capabilities.
