Why is Ultima unconcerned about Tenorios threats in chapter 16?

Question

Tenorio threats ultima during his confront with Antonio. When Antonio goes to ultima to warn her, she doesn't seem to concerned about it.

Ultima reassures Antonio that she is prepared for her enemy and that Tenorio will not be able to ambush her as easily as he did Narciso.
