Who is the speaker in "The Fish" by Elizabeth Bishop?

The Speaker is the narrative voice which tells the reader about the things happened in the poem. She catches an enormous fish, but when the fish didn't fight back, she thinks of himself more powerful than the fish. Bishop's narrator also compared herself with the fish.
