According to the Vedic scriptures, Arjuna's duties include acting according to his Svabava and the resulting Swadharma. Svabava is defined as an individual’s natural gifts and personality traits. Swadharma are the codes of behavior arising from one’s Svabava. Arjuna, as a warrior, must fulfill his duties in battle. He must succeed in battle to achieve moksha (worldly liberation).
