Grendel- Lonely and jealous of all the merriment in Mead Hall. Also son of Cain so he's kind of nasty.
Grendel's Mom- Beowulf comes to destroy her. He also cut off Grendel's arm and kills him.
Dragon- Beowulf has come to kill him. He takes a chalice from his treasure.
Murder his brother... and mom?
I think that Grendel would have hated Beowulf because he fell into the trap of him and he killed him by cutting off his arm and leaving him to die a slow and painful death. The mother of Grendel would hate Beowulf because he cut off his arm and left him to die a slow and painful death. The dragon hated Beowulf because he stole the treasure from him.
