Grendel

This man-monster is a descendant of Cain. He attacks Heorot after hearing the sounds of revelry there. He is scaly and not an attractive monster at that! It is said that mortal swords are useless against his skin. Behind all of Grendel's aggression, he is really just a lonely monster looking for friends. Unfortunately, being part of God's eternal curse on Cain, Grendel has some attitude problems.
