Biography of Katherine Center

Katherine Center is an American author known for writing uplifting novels that explore themes of love, loss, and personal growth.

Born in Houston, Texas, Center completed her undergraduate degree at Vassar College, where she won the Vassar College Fiction Prize. She earned an MA in fiction from the University of Houston.

Center's books have been praised for their strong female characters, wit, charm, and emotional depth. In addition to making the New York Times bestseller list, Center has written several novels that have been either optioned or adapted into films.

Center is the sister of Elizabeth Ann Fletcher, a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives representing Texas's 7th congressional district.
