Biography of Andy Fickman

Andy Fickman is an American producer, film director, screenwriter, and theater director. He got his start directing theatrical productions such as Reefer Madness!, the Los Angeles production of Jewtopia, and Heathers: The Musical.

Fickman's first credit as a film director was Who's Your Daddy? a teen sex comedy in 2002. He then directed the movie adaptation of the musical he had brought to the stage, Reefer Madness. In 2006, he directed what is to date his biggest hit as a film director: She's the Man, a teen romantic comedy loosely based on Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. Other films include The Game Plan, Race to Witch Mountain, You Again, Parental Guidance, and Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2.

Recently, he directed and produced Internet Icon on YouTube and served as director for the CBS sitcom Kevin Can Wait.
