Should I read The Fountainhead before i read Atlas Shrugged?

I believe you should. Atlas Shrugged is a huge undertaking, and if you consider deeply all the ramifications of the ideas presented in the book, some days you will only read ten pages. The Fountainhead gives you some idea of Rand's philosophy and gives you the opportunity to begin to understand where she is "coming from."
