Your lines don't match up, at least in my text. I'm going to assume that your line "do as he pleases" would be Orlando talking about his elder brother Oliver. Orlando is telling Adam that his brother just does what he wants. The job entrusted to Oliver (in his father's will) was to take care of Orlando. Orlando was to be schooled and cared for. Orlando complains that he is merly kept and treated like cattle.
