I'm not sure what you're referring to here. Touchstone briefy touches on Heaven sending his fortune;

"Good morrow, fool,” quoth I. “No, sir,” quoth he,

“Call me not ‘fool’ till heaven hath sent me fortune.”"

...... then he speaks about having been a courier, and the fact that he is well versed in the actions of women. After that the subject of Touchstone dissipates...
