Is anyone voluntarily wicked?

Aristotle says that it is “partly true” that people can be voluntarily wicked. Since wickedness can be the result of a choice insofar as it follows a process of deliberation, it can be considered voluntary. Although he recognizes that wickedness is often due to ignorance, this is not always the case.
