What contradictory feelings does Gus gave after his fights with Morris?

Gus is extremely angry after their altercation, but finally holds his tongue because he's afraid of losing Morris' business. He also looks back and imagines the fear of the French people, but he isn't happy about it..... he's grim.... his eyes unsmiling.
