Gerard Manley Hopkins

I have essayist block. I need to think of a thesis for writing about Gerard Manley Hopkins poetry. I was thinking of either a formalilst approach where i focus on the musical influences from the Welsh language, or tracking influences either FROM Walter Pater and Matthew Arnold, Or TO Dylan Thomas. Any ideas? Thanks
