All in all, Jones was right.... everyone was responsible. From the government and state legislatures who passed laws to the people who defeated them; from the factory owners who employed the babies in the south to the northern factories that made machinery only children could tend to; not to mention the fact that EVERYONE was happy to purchase the cheaper materials made by "childs" hands.
