What is your reaction to reading this article about the factory fire?

My reaction is that workers had little or no human rights working in these places. They were basically expendable labour who, if caught in a fire at the factory, could be replaced. The horror of being caught in this furnace would have been unimaginable. Ironically, these factory conditions still exist today in third world countries that make the goods we buy so cheaply at big chain stores like Walmart.
