Antigone's most tragic flaw is her unwavering loyalty to the people she loves. Her loyalty brings her death and sets off other tragedies as well. The reader has no choice but to respect the loyalty and love she bears her family, but her biggest mistake comes from the fact that she can't see beyond her actions.
