Why does the name Prometheus fit Equality? How does it symbolize his future plans?

Equality chooses the name because Prometheus was known as "the bearer of light," and he considers himself a light to the people and the beginning of a new generation. His plans are to begin again, to build a home, to create, and when he does..... he plans to bring everyone else along for the ride.
