What are some examples of the theme "Equality" in Anthem?

^^^ seems pretty self-explanatory, but I need some examples of "Equality" in Anthem. (Not the character, the theme)

Equality 7-2521's own name is ironic. Rather than collectivism, which the name implies, Equality 7-2521 stands for liberty, individual identity and freedom. The society that Equality is forced to live in demands conformity. People's occupations are chosen for them. People do not get to pick a mate and there is no freedom of personal identity.
