How do you think the meeting between Equality 7-2521 and the scholars will actually play out in reality?

The meeting between Equality and the scholars is a disaster. His discovery frightens them, and he is condemned for breaking the laws and thinking himself above the job he was assigned. He is also chastised for working as an individual and told that others before him have acted in the same way and had their ideas voted down. One scholar wanted him sentenced to death, another claimed his box would put the Department of Candles out of work, and yet another concluded the box must be destroyed, at which point, Equality broke out of the room and ran to the Unchartered Forest.
