Why was Snowball expelled?

Napoleon labels Snowball a terrorist and has the attack dogs chase him away. Napoleon saw Snowball as a threat to his complete power over the farm and had him expelled.

Snowball was expelled from the Farm by Napoleon. Napoleon did this because he thought that snowball wanted to destroy the farm and would cross limits to make this happen.So,he made the dogs chase him away.
