How has Animal Farm changed over the course of Chapters 1 - 7?

Over the first seven chaptersm we see Animal Farm transform from a farm run by humans, to a farm run by the animals themselves. Unfortunately, the animals haven't yet realized that they've merely traded in one task master for another..... that they're not really working for themselves but for Napoleon.
