Explain the humans perspective on the windmill.

The humans saw the windmill as something that would ultimtely cause the farm to fail. They were certain it wouldn't work. They did, however, concede that the animals were surprisingly efficient and successful in their endeavors. In addition, though their meetings about the windmill, and the diagrams they'd drawn up to judge it by showed them the windmill would likely be a failure...... they could not confirm it.
