Discuss what happened at the beginning of Chapter Two?

At the beginning of Chapter Two, the animals begin to oragnize themselves and prepare for the rebellion. The pigs immediately take charge, as they are the smartest of the animals on the farm. This initial move on the part of the pigs sets a precedent for life after the rebellion.
