Mr Birling and Inspector Goole

Sheila is the first person to recognise and state that the Inspector was questionable. "Its queer-very queer" aqnd "but was he really a police inspector?", however Sybil and Arthur comment apon the inspectors assertiveness and appearance, "I felt it all the time. He never talked like one. He never even loooked like one."
