During a performance of the magic flute, mozart collapses and is taken home by salieri. Why do you suppose salieri bothered to take care of him?

Salieri has nothing but complete respect for Mozart, and he was the only one of Mozart's colleagues to attend the performance. When Mozart seems surprised by his attendance, Salieri responds that he would never miss a performance of anything he'd written. The man takes Mozart home because he genuinely cares about him..... as a composer and a man.
