Randy has no problem voicing his opinion about the Soviets, and he makes no qualms about the fact he is more than a little relieved that Helen made it to Orlando before war actually broke out. Randy believes that much about warfare is determined by fate, and that individuals can bring about circumstances that affect the entire world.
