I think by "her" you mean Marium. Nana's sense of endurance is simply enduring. Survival is the only thing she looks to. Marium's sense of endurance is attempting to live her life. She wants to go to school, she wants to live. Marium has many obstacles but she pushes forward, any way she can. Nana just tries to endure the day until she must endure the next one.
