Scene 11 Some character's worlds have been changed forever by Blanche's visit. Which characters are these? Which characters will go right back to normal?

I think Blanche and Mitch's world is changed forever. Blache is hauled to a "nut house" and Mitch has lost his future wife. Stella will go on pretending that Stanley didn't rape Blanche but one could speculate that she may not be able to do this forever.
