In a room of one's own, how does the motif of interruption relate to important issues in the novel?

The narrator says she deserves the freedom to not be interrupted in her work, just as a man is given this freedom. When the narrator is interrupted in A Room of One’s Own, she can lose her concentration. This suggests that women without private spaces of their own are not given the respect for the importance of their work.
