At the end of Act 1, What does Nora recognize about herself after Helmer's speech?

What Nora recognizes about herself is the "deceit" her husband speaks of. Helmer doesn't like Krogstad- the fact the Krogstad never fessed up yo his crimes.......... the fact that he never once admitted his guilt. He also speaks about how the man's life is built on lies........ that even the relationship he has with his family is a lie. Nora sees herself in this speech because she is living the same type of lie.
