why is burma jones drawn to ignatius?

Ignatius is searching for for Harlett Ohara and Jones works at the bar where she dances. Because Burma is constantly threatened exposure as a vagrant (Lana Lee runs the bar and threatens him continuously), he sees Ignatius as a possible way to get back at and sabotage those who've been giving him a hard time.
