Why does seeing his sister make Scrooge uneasy?

Ghost of Christmas past takes Scrooge to see his sister, Scrooge becomes uneasy because he has no relationship with his sister or his sister's son. Scrooge laments his loss of Fannie (his sister) and his harsh comments towards his only nephew who had invited him to Christmas festivities.
