Scrooge is miserly and selffish. He begrudges his employees time off and provides few to none amenities. Fezziwig, on the other hand, is a henerous employer, who is concerned with the happiness of his employees. He not only allows his employees to celebrate the holidays but throws them a party and celebrates with them as well. Fezziwig was cordial and caring, kind and respectful...... everything an employer should be.
