Obrien says to winston you would not make the act of submission which is the price of sanity what does he mean by this statement?

O'Brien wants Winston to submit that the Party is always correct in its infinite wisdom. He wants Winston to understand that he (Winston) is insane until he accepts BB and the party. When he submits to the party, he will be sane again: he will be cured.
