How did 12 angry men contribute to negotiation and conflict resolution theory

 Each of them provided their own biases and personalities to negotiate a verdict they could live with. Although some jurors just wanted to go home or stick with their prejudices, there was a sense of genuine effort and reflection by the end of the play.
