I am not at all familiar with the film, but if google the differences between the play and the movies a variety of different suggestions appear. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

it's raining at the end of the movie but not at the end of the play. The play ends with only two jurors left alone in the room, #3 and #8, and they exit. The last scene of the movie (according to Wikipedia): "As the jurors leave the room, Juror 8 helps the distraught Juror 3 with his coat in a show of compassion. The film ends when the friendly Jurors 8 (Davis) and 9 (McCardle) exchange names, and all of the jurors descend the courthouse steps to return to their individual lives."

no

In the play the boy that is on trial is said to be sixteen, but in the movie he is 18.
