What is your opinion about what should happen to memorials of Lee and other Confederate soldiers?

I think this is asking for your opinion rather than mine. It is certainly a controversial issue that involves personal bias and thought. Many people believe that "hero" figures promoting the slave era should be not be displayed publicly.
