    Objective:

    Students will write a scene that demonstrates their ability to use information from the text, both direct and indirect, to develop Fernando and Alexis as characters.

    Structure:

    Based on what they have gathered so far in the book—particularly in Session Four, which recounts Cara's encounter with Alexis—in pairs, students will write a scene/conversation between Fernando and Alexis in which they talk about Cara's visit.
