kathy has to kidnapp Zeiotun to take a vaction, what do we learn about Zeitouns character?

For Zeitoun, it's religion first, business second, and family all through...... He is a serious man, who works hard, is hard headed, and puts his family and community at the forefront. Zeitoun doesn't take vacations because prayer is the most important part of his day, thus, his family goes off on vacations without him. As you can see, this is why Kathy has to kidnap him to go away.
