What does Cole end up doing to his shelter? Why do you think he does this?

Cole ends up setting his shelter on fire. Cole is angry and a lttle scared. There is nobody to manipulate or control. Seting the shelter on fire is Cole's only way at lashing out and feeling like he has control.
