What kind of teacher is Miss Caroline, Scout's first grade teacher?

Miss Caroline has the best of intentions but lacks experience. Maycomb isn't the big city, and teaching in a classroom is far different that learning about teaching in college. Needless to say, she experienced major culture shock.
