In your opinion, who is the most interesting CHARACTER in the book? Why? Explain your answer, referring to physical characteristics, personality traits, and/or decisions and actions.
I would so like to be like Atticus. I'm not kidding, to this day, when faced with a moral dilemma, I ask myself what Atticus Finch might do? I usually fall far short of what Atticus might do but just thinking about this character helps me see the world in a better way. He had the ability to stand up for what was right in the face of overwhelming opposition in a quiet and gentle manner. He suffered other people's ignorance and cruelty with patience and understanding. I fall short of these traits but that is why Atticus Finch is probably my favourite fictional character.
