How rude is Mrs. Dubose? Also, why does she say rude things about Atticus Finch? Is she crazy blind? (i dont think so...!)

She's not rude, though she does say rude things about Atticus because she's old, weak, and ill. She's morphine addict, which means she's taking a medication for her illness.
