I think injustice is the key theme in To Kill a Mockingbird.

-Tom Robinson doesn't get justice after he is falsely accused of raping Mayella.

-Bob Ewell gets away with lying in court and basically raping his own daughter.

-Mayella Ewell gets no justice for the abuse she takes.

-Atticus really believed in the justice system (the courts) he served but the system and the people failed him.

-The blacks of Maycomb get no justice.
