can i report my old account if i can’t delete it?

i have an old tiktok account that’s really cringe and i wanted to delete it but i forgot the password so the only way to get it deleted is to report it. can i? there are some people that still have access to the account plus it’s still public so if i don’t delete it it will be public and i don’t want that cringe under my name. thanks. -laila
